What is a new launch

A unit sold directly by the developer, usually before or during construction. Fittings and finishes are brand new — nothing to renovate at handover.

Progressive payment

You pay in stages as construction progresses, rather than the full sum upfront — gentler on cash flow than a completed resale purchase.

Upside potential

Entry pricing is set early, before the surrounding precinct matures. Value tends to firm up as the project completes and the area develops.

New launch vs resale

Resale is move-in ready now but may need renovation. New launch means a longer wait, but a fully modern layout from day one.
